Our Mission
At Tranquil Roots Counseling, our mission is to walk alongside you in your journey to a more peaceful life. Whether this means time to process the past, make sense of the present, or explore the future. We are here to help.
Our Approach
We believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, that encompasses the entire person and their experiences. For some, this may include the involvement of your biological family, your partner or your chosen family. For other's, this may be a very private journey. At Tranquil Roots Counseling, we start by meeting you where you're at. This may mean exploring fears and questions about therapy. Walking alongside you in your current therapy journey. Or anything in between.
Therapy Options
We offer a wide variety of options for our clients. This includes in person therapy sessions in San Antonio, Texas and 100% virtual therapy-or for some, a mix of both. We also offer walk-and-talk therapy, for those who may feel more comfortable outside of a traditional therapy setting.
